April 10: Muhammad Alouddin Kalyar, reporter of Daily Khabrain newspaper, was injured in Yazman town in Bahawalpur district in southern Punjab province during coverage by armed men of a federal minister.

April 25: Senior reporter Arshad Waheed chaudhry is harassed online by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf supporters for asking a question from PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari about PTI government performance.

April 26: Dunya News TV channel’s reporter Rizwan Rafiq Minhas was harassed by administration of Tehsil Headquarter Hospital in Kot Momin while covering reporting non-cooperative behavior of hospital staff with patients.

April 27: Counter-terrorism Department cops harassed senior court reporter of TV One News channel, Shokat Korai, on premises of Sindh High Court in Karachi.

April 29: BOL News TV channel reporter Mudassar Kazmi received injuries and life threats from drug dealers against which he made a report.
