The complaint, lodged by the US Consulate General through a special agent, accused the individual of coercing minors in the United States for extortion.

Shopkeeper faces PECA charges over viral traffic police video

A case under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) was filed against a shopkeeper in Rawalpindi for allegedly spreading a video inciting hatred against traffic police. The dispute arose over a vehicle reportedly parked in a no-parking zone outside his shop. A traffic warden, who issued a challan and had the car towed, lodged the complaint at the local police station.
