Nov 9:  Senate Chairman Mian Raza Rabbani accepted the apology tendered by senior journalist Saleem Bokhari and disposed of the motion moved against him in the House.

Nov 22: Family of deceased journalist Hafizur Rehman registers case against ‘unknown people.’ The journalist, who owned a weekly newspaper, run a cable network and worked for Neo TV channel as correspondent, was shot dead in Kohat on Nov 22. No group claimed responsibility yet.

Nov 25: Kohat police say they arrested brother and one of the attackers who shot and killed journalist Hafizur Rehman on November 22 in Kohat city. The reason for the journalist’s assassination is said to be family feud over share in joint assets.
